Owner Builder – Cold Shell
Let Panel Homes build your home to lock-up and then you complete the project to your tastes.
Our Cold Shell includes:
- project design and approvals
- completed walls, roof
- all external doors and windows
- internal slab and plumbing ground works
- internal perimeter cavity frame – optional complete framework
- site tidy and ready to hand over
In as little as two weeks you can have a dry, secure space ready to complete your project. All of our plans are available as a cold shell solution. You can also bring your own plans, however some conditions will apply.
